In-Stock Items
• In-stock items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping or drop-off at our Dallas warehouse.
• Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Products
• Any claims for damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide detailed photos and a written description of the issue.
• If verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Custom Orders (Including All Special Sizes, Iron Doors, Bi-Fold & Sliding Systems)
• All custom and special-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed and production has begun.
• A 50% deposit is required upon order approval. Once CAD drawings are finalized and approved by the customer, the order is considered final.
• Cancellations before CAD approval may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations after CAD approval but before production begins may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations after production begins are not eligible for refunds, as all products are made to order.
General Notes
• All returns or cancellations must be requested in writing and approved by our team.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days of approved return or cancellation.
